By accessing the CUBIK website or using our waste tracking hardware and software services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Intellectual Property

All proprietary technology, including our computer vision models, hardware designs, and dashboard interfaces, are the exclusive property of CUBIK Studio Limited. Unauthorised reverse engineering or copying of our waste auditing workflow is strictly prohibited.

3. Liability

CUBIK provides waste analytics for informational purposes. While we strive for high accuracy (95%+), we are not liable for procurement decisions made based solely on our automated reports.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
